Knucklenuts™ is teaming up with the International Gravity Sports Association (IGSA) to award a special World Championship ring to the winner of the Downhill Skateboard World Championship race today at Newton’s Playground in Bathurst, Australia.
The Limited Edition ring is valued at $395 and is available only to Championship winners from Knucklenuts™. Each ring begins life as solid titanium bar stock which is then turned, faced, bored and milled,using modern CNC equipment to create the unique mechanical shapes of each design. Therings are then individually hand-shaped and finished personally by Fred Baumann.

Bathurst, Australia- Andy Lally turned in a spectacular run in his final qualifying attempt to earn the pole position for the Newton’s Playground / IGSA World Championship Street Luge race.
The American’s time of 59.840 lowered the track record he set on Friday by more than two full seconds. He is the first and only person to break the one-minute mark down the difficult 1.3 km Mount Panorama course. Lally is now considered the favorite to win today’s Street Luge World Championship race.

Bathurst, Australia- Three time World Champion Martin Siegrist completed a blistering run down the Mount Panorama race course to earn the number one qualifying for the World Championship Downhill Skateboarding race.
Siegrist lowered his day old track record to 60.814 seconds down the 1.3km course. The 28 year old skater from Liestal, Switzerland is now considered the favorite to win an unprecedented fourth IGSA World title. He’s had a solid year with wins at the World Cup in Teolo, Italy and at the European Championships in Kozakov, Czech Republic.

Bathurst, Australia- Yvon Labarthe from Geneva, Switzerland set the fastest time in an intense first round qualifying duel between the fastest street luge racers on the planet. Labarthe set the fastest time of the day with a sensational 1:00.994 run. Andy Lally from Dacula, Georgia, USA currently sits in the number two position with a time of 1:01.629.
